Hunley offers spectacular golf in stunning surroundings and as such is an amazing place to work for a Greenkeeper. The course has been transformed in recent years with much more still to come in it’s ongoing development.
Hunley recently gained GEO certification for sustainable management and we care passionately about golf, nature, the community and the climate and combine all of these in our running of the business.
Related work experience is important, so the successful candidate can fit into the team seamlessly and help us prepare the course for a busy season ahead with an ever expanding membership. Experience in some or all of the following will be important:
- Health & Safety procedures
- Mowing fine turf
- Mowing roughs
- Aeration procedures
- Course setup
- Bunker maintenance
- Machinery maintenance
- Irrigation & drainage systems
- Ecology management
- Construction work
