K/O Entry Starts
The sign up for this year is now available. From 9am tomorrow (Tuesday 7th) you can enter using the computer in the Golfers Gallery. This is the computer you use to enter your scores. A “How To” guide is near the computer. Entries close on Thursday 30th March 2017 at 9am. The draws will be made on the 31st March, with ALL first round games commencing from the 1st April 2017.

Once the draws have been completed please clearly state your preferred contact number on the draw sheet. The Pro Shop, at busy times, may not be able to supply contact numbers. You will be required to submit the result of each match into the score entry computer and I will update you in the near future on how to do this.
Cook Shield
I am delighted to announce that Dane Bowmaker and Nev Brown will be facing Simon Wakefield and Steve Borrows in the final of the Cook Shield winter series. Good look to both teams! May the best couple win!
Speaking of the Cook Shield… The Gent’s Cook Shield Dinner and Shotgun is taking place on 1st April 2017. Tickets are Available from Reception or Golf Shop for only £27.50.
Mr Smelt’s Charity Total
Last year’s Club Captain, Dave Smelt chose the Great North Air Ambulance as the charity for his year of captaincy. I am delighted to announce that you managed to raise a superb total of £3,700.
Thank you to everyone that made a donation and I hope we can get near to this figure for the 2017 Captain, Jason Worton with the RNLI.
