Gents Pair Challenge – Saturday 24th June
On Saturday the 24th June 2017 we will be trying out a brand new format! The Gents Pair Challenge!
To enter, you need to book in with a partner and enter via the online booking system. Tee times are available from 7am and 10.45am. You can also play outside the reserved times until 3.30pm. Booking will be open on Friday 16th.
The format will be 4 Ball Better Ball for the Front 9 and Foursomes for the Back 9. You will have a scorecard for each 9 Holes.
There will be a prize for Overall most Stableford Points and Runner Up over 18 holes, Best Front 9 Score and Runner Up and Best Back 9 Score and Runner Up.
The reason behind this format is simply to try something different and have a bit of fun on a Saturday morning!

Moscrop Cup Result
With the sun blasting down on the Millennium course, the Moscrop Cup took place over Saturday & Sunday and saw some super golf enjoyed.
Richie Albinson took the money on the first day being 5UP. Mike Easton equalled that score and took second place heading into the Sunday.
Sunday’s conditions seemed to be a little easier without the wind, but the score didn’t reflect that. John Taylor took 1st place for the second day with a score of 2up. Michael Hay shot a superb 66 Gross to take second place on the day.
With all the results in over the 2 days, Richie Albinson’s overall 6UP took the Moscrop Cup title of 2017. Congratulations!

Ladies Countess Millennium Result
The Ladies Countess Millennium was played on Saturday over the Millennium Course.
The Greensome event was won by Lady Captain Carol Cooke and Lady Vice Captain, Eileen Barnes! What a team!

Hunley Tigers Edge the top of the Table
The Hunley Tigers team, captained by Shaun Winspear had a super win at Houghton-le-Spring Golf Club.
The Result took them back to the top of the table!
This Sunday will see the all the division come to Hunley to battle it out over the Morgans Course.
