A note from Alex…
It’s with a heavy heart that that I’m writing to let you know I’ll be departing from Hunley as the Golf Manager at the end of July.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the all the members for being so welcoming and supportive during my time here as well as all the staff at Hunley especially Richard, Johnny & Luke. In addition, special thanks are in order for the superb membership assistants; Eileen, Ray, Donna, Steve, Dave and Jeff have all been an incredible help and the weekly competitions could not be the success they are without them.
I will leave Hunley with so many incredible memories and having made some great friends as well as starting my family here with Emma who will also be moving with myself and my daughter, Eleanor.
I wish all members the best for the future and I really looking forward to regular visits back to Hunley to see how great the course will become in future years with all the hard work that Greg and his team are putting in.
My final note is to wish Johnny and Luke all the best for the future. Hunley have 2 superb assets here and I believe there is no club with as helpful, kind and supportive individuals as these 2.

Hi All
On behalf of Hunley, I’d like to wish Alex all the best for the future. He’s been a joy to work with over the past few years and will be sorely missed. Hopefully we’ll see him again in the future when he comes back to visit with his family. Best of Luck Alex – it’s been a pleasure working with you.
I’m sure many of you are already asking who will replace Alex going forwards. This is something I’m currently working on & I’ll update you shortly with our plan going forwards.
